What do I get with a managed boutique website?
You get a custom site designed for your boutique, built by our team and looked after every month. It is meant for owners who want a site that matches the feel of their shop but do not want to learn a website builder.
The price is $349 to set up and $49 a month for hosting, updates and small changes.
Do I need BoutiquePOS to order a website?
No. The managed website can be ordered on its own. Many boutiques want a proper site before they are ready to change their till.
If you do use BoutiquePOS, the site gets your live catalog: products, prices, photos and stock from the same place your register reads. If you also want the POS and marketing setup, the Boutique Complete bundle puts all three on one bill.
How long does it take to build?
About 14 days from the kickoff call to launch, as long as we have your logo, photos and feedback on time. The biggest delays usually come from waiting on photos, so gather a few good shots of the shop and your best pieces early.
If you have a seasonal launch in mind, such as a new lawn drop, Eid collection or holiday window, tell us on the kickoff call so we plan around it.
What happens after launch?
The monthly fee covers hosting, updates, backups and small content changes, such as swapping the home banner for a new season or updating opening hours. Send the change by message and we make it.
Bigger projects, like adding a new section of the site, are quoted before we start. There is no contract on the monthly fee.

Yes, we can build pages in the languages your customers read. Tell us on the kickoff call so the design allows for right-to-left text where needed.
What counts as a small change?
Things like a new banner, updated hours, a fresh photo set or a text edit. Larger additions are quoted first.
Can I cancel the monthly fee?
Yes. There is no contract. Talk to us before cancelling so we can hand over your domain and content cleanly.
Will the site take online orders?
Yes if you use BoutiquePOS, since your live catalog and orders are wired in. Without the POS, ask on your demo how you want to sell and we will plan around it.
