What happens after I send the form?
We reply within one business day, by WhatsApp or email as you choose. Messages sent after hours or on a weekend are answered the next business day, and Eid closures in the UAE and Pakistan are announced ahead.
If you asked for a demo, we confirm a time that suits you. You can reschedule or cancel with a single reply. Nothing is sold to you on the first reply; we just answer what you asked.
What does a demo cover?
A 30-minute live walk-through on your own products, not a canned slideshow. Send three or four of your styles beforehand, or bring them to the call.
If you are switching from another system, you can also book a 20-minute product import check, where we look at your export file and tell you how it will come across.
How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day. Messages sent after hours are answered the next business day.
How long is a demo?

What should I prepare for a demo?
