   Which languages can my staff use?

   Interface translations include English, Arabic and Urdu, and other languages are available or can be added as a custom translation. Ask on your demo to see the screens in the language your team reads.

   Language is set per user, so the owner can work in English while the floor staff use Urdu or Arabic on the same register.

   Can receipts and invoices print in my language?

   Yes. Receipt and invoice layouts are set per location and can print in the shop's language. A Dubai boutique can print English and Arabic; a Karachi shop can print in Urdu.

   Product names print as you enter them, so if you name your styles in Urdu or Arabic, that is what the customer reads.

   Does Arabic and Urdu display right to left?

   Yes. Arabic and Urdu switch the interface to a right-to-left layout so menus, tables and receipts read naturally.

   Numbers, SKUs and barcodes stay left to right inside that layout, the way your customers expect to see prices.

   Can I use my own trade words like kurta or jalabiya?

   Yes. Categories, variation names and units are yours to name: kurta, shalwar kameez, jalabiya, abaya length, dupatta, suit. They show on the till, the labels and the online store exactly as you write them.

   If a built-in label on screen does not match how your shop talks, it can be changed as a custom translation. Tell us which words matter on your demo.
