Publish your online store
Your catalog becomes an online store automatically. Choose what shows, add your logo and photos, check it on a phone, and share the link.

How do I get my store online?
There is nothing to build. As soon as you add products, BoutiquePOS creates an online store from your catalog: product names, prices, photos, sizes, colors and stock. Your job is to tidy what shows, add your branding, and share the link.
Before you start
- Products added with prices and stock (add them one by one, or import them from a CSV file).
- A photo for each style, and ideally each color. Clean, well-lit shots on a plain background work best.
- Your logo and a short description of the boutique.
- Your delivery areas, delivery charges and return policy wording.
- Your card processor or payment arrangement for online orders, if you take payment online.
Step by step: prepare and publish
- Open the online store settings from the menu.
- Upload your logo and enter the store name and short about text.
- Choose your brand colors so the store matches your shop.
- Pick which categories and products appear. Leave off items such as alteration services or one-off samples.
- Set up delivery options: areas you deliver to, charges, and whether customers can collect in store.
- Add your policies: returns and exchanges, delivery times, contact details.
- Choose how customers pay: through your own card processor, cash on delivery, or bank transfer. We never process payments ourselves.
- Preview the store on your phone. Most boutique shoppers browse on mobile.
- Publish and copy the store link.
Make the most of photos
Shoppers buy on color. Add an image to each color variation so tapping “Rust” shows the rust kurta, not the navy one. Use the same crop and background on every product for a clean grid.
Where should I share the link?
- Your Instagram and TikTok bio.
- WhatsApp Business catalog replies and broadcast lists.
- Your Google Business Profile.
- Printed on receipts and bag inserts.
Add UTM tags to links you share in campaigns so you can tell which ones bring orders.
What happens when an order comes in?
Online orders come into BoutiquePOS as sales, so the stock count you see in the shop already includes them. Pack the order, update its status as you ship or hand it over, and contact the customer as you normally would. Returns from online orders use the same steps as shop returns, covered in the guide to processing a return or exchange.
What if I want a fully custom website?
The auto store is designed to work well out of the box. If you want your own designed site with lookbook pages, a blog and your domain, our team can build and look after a managed website with your store wired in. Details and examples are on the online store page.
Common problems
A product is missing from the store
Check it has a selling price, is in a category you included, is not hidden, and has stock at the location the store sells from.
Wrong photo shows for a color
The variation has no image of its own, so it falls back to the main product photo. Add an image to that variation.
Prices online differ from the shop
You may be using a different selling price group for online orders, or a location-based discount. Check discounts and price groups for the store location.
A size shows in stock online but is sold out
Stock may sit at a location the store does not sell from, or a recent sale was voided. Check stock by location on the product.
